It's the film. At least a half dozen channels run it at random. I think Bravo and Oxygen both ran it a few times the past two or three weeks.

When I was 19 I passed out on a bathroom floor during a Halloween party and woke up an hour or so later to find a bunch of people around me talking about how I'd pissed and vomited on myself.

I know a lot of people have pissed on themselves while they were drunk, but it's the only time I've ever done it and it was pretty damn shameful to wake up in a puddle of my own puke and piss while a bunch of hot teenage girls laughed at me.

What made it worse was that I went dressed as a case of Bud Light, so I had like a suit made out of cardboard beer boxes on. It got all mushy and started to disintegrate, so I had to go outside and pull pieces of piss wet cardboard off before driving home hammered in a piss soaked tee shirt and basketball shorts.

My manager let him in and told him we were closed and this cokehead literally starts begging on his hands and knees for a pizza. So my dumbass manager says okay and made me fire up the oven and get all the shit out to make this coke fiend a pie at 11:03 PM. At one point, I owned Mariah Carey's first two albums and thought long and hard about getting her third. Luckily I hit age 11 or so and had a much older cousin who bluntly told me, "You don't want to listen to that shit!" and then promtly introduced me to "Under The Bridge" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers and frmo that point on I never looked back.

The same thing happened to me but swap "Mariah Carey" with "Spice Girls" and "Red Hot Chili Peppers" with "Led Zeppelin".

I'd known about classic rock. My dad was a huge Springsteen fan, and before we had TV (not until I was six), we would listen to vinyl copy after vinyl copy of Springsteen to the Beatles, to Dylan to The Who.

I like Zeppelin, but prefer The Who, as far as harder classic rock goes... I grew up in Yuma, Az., a city with three radio stations - a contemporary rock station, a country station and a classic rock station. We didn't have cable until I was 12, so MTV was out of the question. I hated country, and had tons of classic rock at my fingertips, so I listened to the contemporary rock station, and in the early 90's, Mariah freakin' Carey was HUGE... So I bought her CDs, only to find out that she was a smokin' hot babe, and probably developed an affinity for her music based on an adolescent crush.

Thankfully my cousin saved me, giving me all his tapes once he converted to CDs. I still have a few of them like Bleach by Nirvana and Ride The Lightning by Metallica.

Too much information, I know, but it was an imperfect scenerio for knowing what real music was. My dad still laughs at me for wanting to go to Camp Carey :lol :nope

I liked the movie "Howard the Duck" when it first came out. Of course I was quite young then.

You are not alone, I liked it too and I bought the soundtrack.

That would make this post a lie and thus you were telling the truth

For some reason this reminds me of the Door Knockers from the movie Labyrinth with Jennifer Connelly and David bowie.
