Davis is more talented, gifted, explosive.

Roy is more dependable and consistent.

+1

If I needed one player to win just one game and both were healthy, I'd want Baron Davis. If I wanted a player I could depend on for an entire season and hopefully a playoff run, I'd take Roy.

Davis is one of the few in the NBA who can turn into an ultimate manbeast. The last two seasons I have seen him do things in the playofffs that are ridiculous.

Roy>Davis. Better passer, shooter, more consistent, and younger with upside.

Davis is a giant killer. If we are talking one game, I want him to be my assassin.

Then again, Roy doesn't get T'd up and ejected from crucial games:lmao

The fact that you can insult and get emotional in your arguments doesn't make them any less stupid.

That second clip has to be one of the greatest college plays ever. I would still pick Brandon Roy though.

Arguable that Roy is a better passer. I don't believe he is.

And, I wouldn't say Roy is a better shooter. Smarter shooter, I could agree. Baron has more range and can get his shot off either off the dribble or on a catch and shoot.

I think Roy balances the difference between talent with his steadiness, composure, and basketball IQ. It really would depend on what you value more in a player which would determine who you think is better. There are plenty of "experts," GMs, and coaches that would love Brandon Roy's poised and consistent play, but would still take Baron Davis' natural talent, athleticism, and explosiveness over that.
