Do you guys want to hear a story about how one time I was driving some friends back to their place after we'd been out drinking. When we got into their neighborhood someone had hit a deer and it was dead in the middle of the road. It wasn't there when we left so it had to have been a fresh hit. My redneck friend Joey was like, dude let's go get my truck and throw that sucker in the back, bring it home and cut out the backstraps!

So we do just that. I get out of his truck and help pick up the dead deer and toss it into the back of the truck. We drag it through his garage and into his back yard and he starts cutting out the backstrap meat. While he's doing his, he pushed down on the deer's belly and it let out all the air that was still in its lungs and made this weird moan sound so we all thought it was still alive and freaked out. After Joey cut off the backstraps we dragged the bleeding carcass back through the garage, back into the truck and drove a few miles away and dumped the body in the woods.

I didn't get to eat any of the meat cuz those dumb rednecks barbequed it up the next day, but yeah definitely the most redneck moment of my life. I am only disappointed that it wasn't a rare, endangered deer carcass that we mutilated. We could have saved the head to use as a trophy.
