My wife goes absoluetly nuts over the things. She has taken to buying 1000s of dollars worth on trips and using what she wants and selling the rest of it on ebay. She's been doing it for quite awhile. I can't dress my girls anymore because, heaven forbid, I should match items from differing lines. Luckily the boy can get by wearing a tshirt and jean shorts.
Anyhoo, she has an ebay store and it makes enough money to pay for her habit, but she pays something like 600 bucks a month in ebay fees. Therefore she has created her own website to sell clothes on. She just started it all of a sudden - I was a little worried at first but it looks pretty nice. There are a few grammar issues but a very good job for being not being computer literate.
Here is the site if anyone would like to check it out and see what you think:

hispanics don't buy clothing. They just slap on a pamper and let the kid be free.

BTW I think the site looks nice. Be careful with uncle sam though. Its easy to avoid taxes via ebay but not so easy with a website.

I used to do Gymboree; not too over the top though. But then most of the clothes started to look like clown suits. Luckily my kids are too old for that now! I recently went in there to buy a gift and the clothes looked much more normal and much more reasonably priced than it used to be. The best thing about Gymboree is that it will last forever---virtually indestructable! Good luck to your wife! :tu

You men just can't appreciate the thrill of the hunt can you? Acquiring items at less than retail price is very exhilarating! ;)

When I have kids, they will more than likely get clothes from Walmart and Target, at least until they are old enough to remember and, which point they can shop at Ross too. :lol

I generally agree with that about clothing. But the thing about kid clothes---esp. little girls clothes, is that because of how fast they grow so many of their clothes are one time use. I wish I had all the money that was spent on clothes my little girl wore for a grand total of 3 hours!

That's a lie, and you know it.
They've cornered the market on toddler sized quinceañera dresses and cowboy boots.

vintage clothing is another story. but kids clothes? they've probbly been all pissed and shit in numerous times. slobber, drool, melted candy. Kids are disgusting and i would not put my kids in someone else's kids' old dirty clothes. especially a complete strangers' kids

I know, it's crazy huh? :lol Little kids, especially girls, get tons of clothes as gifts. I sometimes found myself putting something on my daughter just for a couple of hours because I felt guilty not using a gift from one of my aunts!
