If United gets Berbatov and Ronaldo comes back at least at 80% form of last year they will be unstoppable. Although until he comes back its time to see Rooney's full potential.

The heart and soul of United

Chelsea

Manchester Utd

Liverpool

Arsenal

I'm more pumped about this EPL season than any other, just because there are more Mexicans playing there. It seems like Nery Castillo is on his way out of Man City and headed towards Real Betis.

HaHa crying that Chelsea finally have money to compete with the big dogs. And now that Manchester City is in the game now we will only hear more crying from the former "elite". Suck it ManU, Liverpool, and Arsenal fans :lol :lol

United fan checking in

I'm glad to see another big player coming into the scene...but I want to see how this shakes out over a few years before I consider them as serious.

If they keep spending money they will be serious. I know it doesn't guarantee a Title, but it does guarantee you will be a major player.

slow down....they haven't done anything besides make some dumb statements and bring in a player a team was dying to get rid of.

That's were the "if they keep spending money" part comes in. I don't see why it would stop, of course it could though. History has shown us that money = success in the EPL. And Robinho is better than just a player a team was dying to get rid of. Also Shaun Wright Phillips was a nice pickup for them.

They were pushing him pretty hard on United.

BUT I get what you're saying...its just that a lot of people thought he was a flash in the pan in his old stomping ground.

Saw Arsenal lose. Great to see them get their ass handed to them. Geovanni made a great goal. Chelsea dominated again. Malouda and Bosingwa are looking like future stars.

Chelsea v Liverpool this weekend, both unbeaten in all competitions. I'd be very surprised if Liverpool even leave with a point. Chelsea have been on target and the reds will be playing without Torres and maybe Keane.

Chelsea 2-0

Chelsea 2-0

Liverpool 1-0

Could have been more, they scored the early goal and controlled the rest of the game.
