I still hate Rashad, and it has nothing to do with him beating Chuck. That showboating after annoyed the hell out of me as well.

Let's leave the antics to Sanford.. routines after fights are stupid. Tito is gay, but "Da Spyda" is even worse, even his damn nickname.. why couldn't Tanner have squashed him. Rashad shot right up there with this idiotic display.

Alright people…I just bought Randy's and Tito's biography…I'll let you know how they are. After that I will have read every MMA book written except for Sherks book which I will buy in short order.

It's true and BJ Penn you could hit him in the face with a baseball bat, and he won't cut. It is weird how some guys get busted up so easy and others not at all.
