I recently had to do a school project on George Bush, and in my project I had to check out some of George Bush's quotes. Here are some quotes from when George Bush was the Governor of Texas some years ago:
"A low voter turnout is an indication of fewer people going to the polls."
"We are ready for any unforeseen event that may or may not occur"
For NASA, Space is still a high priority."
"It isn't a pollution that's harming the environment. Its the impurities in our air and water that are doing it."
"Its time for the Human race to enter the solar system".
"The vast majority of our imports come from outside the country".
"If we don't suceed, we run the risk of failure".(:bang)
"One word sums up probably the responsibility of any governor, and that one word is 'to be prepared'. " (:nope)
"I have made good judgements in the past. I have made good judgements in the future."
"We are going to have the best educated American people in the world."
"We are a part of Europe".
These are all REAL quotes made by George Bush when he was the Governor of Texas. This basically proves that we have had a moron running the country for almost a decade. Please Im begging anyone that is going to vote to please not vote for John McSame.

shouldn't this belong in the political forum ?
But i can't help put my 2 cents, I'm an independent, and McSame keeps saying Obama has no experience. George Bush had experience and look what he did with it. His daddy was president, politics runs in his blood, hell his brother or whoever is Governor of Florida, Bush himself was Governor of Texas. Experience don't count for shit if you don't know how to use it. McSame has voted 95% in favor of Bush's plans.

"The vast majority of our imports come from outside the country".
How many calendars are there that are full of quotes like that made by President Bush?
At least two or three, I am fairly certain.

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to pop in with the "wrong forum" line of bullshit. This is obviously not some kind of political debate. Its meant to be funny. Good job dicking up a perfectly good thread cry babies.

It's going to kind of suck to have a president we can't run into the ground like Bush anymore. Sure, we'll have jobs and economic stability, but where will the great comedy be?

We have a talking George Bush doll that repeats a bunch of his bad quotes, including:
"Rarely is the question asked, is our children learning?"

REPORTER: What do you think tribal sovereignty means in the 21st century, and
how do we resolve conflicts between tribes and the federal and state
governments?
BUSH: Yeah -- tribal sovereignty means that, it's sovereign. It's -- you're a
-- you're a -- you've been given sovereignty, and you're -- viewed as a
sovereign entity. [Laughter emanates from the audience]
REPORTER: Okay.
BUSH: And, therefore, the relationship between the federal government and
tribes is one between -- sovereign entities.

Bush was the kind of guy most people felt you could sit down and have a couple beers with, when in reality you may have been able to get him to do a couple lines off of a hookers ass, and still can. As long as it's not that annoying, ugly looking wife of his.

LOL it is funny...Bush is stupid. But none of that stuff is as funny as..
Hey, let's nonimate a traitor
And...
Hey, let's nominate a guy named Hussein
Bush is so stupid that we haven't had the Whitehouse in 8 years, he became the first Pres who lost the popular vote to get re-elected, and he won a majority while doing it. It's got nothing to do with us, it's just that the American people are stupid, love war, anti-abortion is an automatic win, and Bush is so damn likeable and charismatic.
What an idiot! What idiots! Maybe if we keep talking about an instant pull out , telling them they are stupid, and mention it's about oil 234 trillion times they'll start to get it. And if not...we'll be out of the Whitehosue, and they'll be idiots. Damn we're sooooooooo smart and Bush is soooooooo stupid

Not a GB quote, but it made me laugh:
Donald Rumsfeld is giving the president his daily briefing. He concludes by saying, 'And yesterday, three Brazilian soldiers were killed.'
'OH NO!' Mr. Bush exclaims. 'That's terrible!' His staff sits stunned at this sudden outward display of emotion, nervously watching as the president sits, head in hands, almost sobbing. Finally, the president looks up and asks, 'Just how many is a brazillion, anyway?'
