This illustrates how deep the talent is in the most formidable division in the league.
1st team
Chris Paul
Tracy McGrady
Ron Artest
Dirk Nowitski
Tim Duncan
2nd
Tony Parker
Manu Ginobili
Rudy Gay
David West
Yao Ming
3rd
Jason Kidd
OJ Mayo
Josh Howard
Luis Scola
Tyson Chandler
and for comparison, here's the best groups from the other 5 divisions:
Atlantic
Ray Allen
Vince Carter
Paul Pierce
Kevin Garnett
Chris Bosh
Central
Derrick Rose
Michael Redd
Lebron James
Luo Deng
Andrew Bogut
Southeast
Gilbert Arenas
Dwayne Wade
Joe Johnson
Antawn Jamison
Dwight Howard
Pacific
Baron Davis
Steve Nash
Kobe Bryant
Paul Gasol
Amare Stoudamire
Northwest
Deron Williams
Kevin Durant
Carmelo Anthony
Al Jefferson
Carlos Boozer
That 3rd team isn't really accurate. OJ Mayo hasn't even played a game yet. I think Rudy Gay should be on that over Josh Howard even.
And in the Central you're missing Rasheed Wallace. And again, Derrick Rose hasnt played a game yet. Billups should be there.
But I do agree, our division is by far the deepest. We got 4 legitimate championship contenders.

in one team (12 men lineup) I will put:
1st team:
Tony Parker
Kobe Bryant
Carmello Anthony
Tim Duncan
Yao Ming
2nd team:
Chris Paul
Tracy Mcgrady
Carlos Boozer
Dirk Nowitzki
Paul Gasol
Steve Nash
Kevin Durant
I didnt feel its necessary to put defensive stopper who can score such as Artest with this kind of juggernaut roster . I always curious how Boozer can play as SF in uptempo roster who put Nowitzki on 3 point range so Pau can stay in the middle and Boozer can act as an offensive rebounder and second chance putbacks (dont forget T Mac and CP3 are outside just in case needin extra 3 points threat or CP3 can slash in and march into charity line).....I got nothin to say about 1st team, its too damn intimidating to even explain...

As much as it pains me to say this, I would give Amare the hands down vote at the 4 over Pau.

LeBron wouldn't even make your 2nd team or is this just an All-West lineup?
It is amazing how all the best players in the NBA are in the West except for LeBron and Wade.

I would take Yao over Dwight Howard & Chris Bosh,
Lebron over Paul Pierce
Duncan over KG
Aside from LeBron and DWade, I can't think of any East player who I'd prefer over a West player at that position.

You were refering to the entire West list. There is no way you take T-Mac, Yao or many others on that list over Dwight or KG. KG and Dwight > Yao. They put up the same numbers, take their teams farther in the playoffs and stay healthier.
Paul Pierce, Bosh, Billups, Hamilton, Wallace, Arenas, Butler...they are all comparable if not better than T-Mac, Artest, David West, Tony Parker, Rudy Gay, Kidd

Sorry, I guess it wasn't clear.... it was just an additional comment thinking about the All-NBA first team. But if we stretch it out, KG would be 3rd team and Bosh would probably be 4th team.
Of course, these are just my opinions....
First team
1) DWill
2) Kobe
3) Lebron
4) Duncan
5) Yao
2nd team, DHo would get in
1) CP3
2) Wade
3) TMac
4) Dirk
5) DHo
3rd Team, KG
1) Nash
2) Manu
3) 'Melo
4) KG
5) Pau

It is always up for debate, and it is probably splitting hairs, but I like a lot of the guys in the East and would put them over some of the West for an all NBA team.
