Yeah... have you ever seen Ginobili "stretch" or "work" on his ankle strengthening.....

He'll be alright.

He stands on a ball (like a "dodgeball") on one foot ... he then bends down to pick up a cup from the floor gets back up and picks up 2 other cups. He then does this same exercise on the other foot. That will strengthen your ankles pretty quick....
