I don't know... Tricky Ricky has been known to recruit studs to hell hole places like Colorado and Washington and win... hell, he had a one loss Washington team that won the Rose Bowl. Give him UCLA resources and Norm Chow running the offense and he could be stealing Pete's Cali thunder pretty soon. It's not too far fetched.

whats inaccurate, was the 'lone title' remark. whats premature, was the thought SC should be scared after one game in RN's first season. you can ask Kori what i thought about RN being hired as uchlas new coach...i wasn't pleased.

UCLA had a good win over a ranked team and while I think they will be better than expected....USC is still way better.

I think the OP was talking in the seasons ahead, I know I was. Rick is the kind of coach who can start stealing some blue chip recruits from USC and weaken their depth in the future.
