knee injury, he's listed as "questionable" but after seeing pictures of the way his knee twisted, I'd say there's a good chance his season is over.

Pats should still be able to beat the shit out of San Diego without Brady. Maybe Matt Cassel is the next unknown QB like Romo or even Brady.

Idk why mono is saying 7-9, being the Pats and playing in the AFC East is a guaranteed 6 wins per year.

Well what are they going to do? Put up an 18-1 banner that says "WE WON UNTIL IT MATTERED!"?

Surely not.

:lmao:lmao:lmao Matt Cassell the next unknown great qb? Ok that calls for another beer. JT thanks for trying to keep the hopes up for Pats fans, but this isnt Madden 2009 on XBOX 360. 7-9 is actually the best this team will do without Brady. I say 3-13. The Bills are a better team and the Jets can surprise. A Bradyless Pats team is battling with the Dolphins for 3rd place in that division.:depressed:depressed

I think 3-13 is ridiculous but yeah, this isn't a playoff team without Brady.

Although for years and years and years Pats fans kept hearing about how "Brady isn't that good, it's the system" and "It's easy when you have Randy Moss & Wes Welker" and on and on and on.....well we're gonna see how good Brady really was. If it was really just "the system" and if anybody can win with Moss/Welker then the Pats are still in good shape. Of course, we all know the truth :depressed

Well, so far, they're 1-0 without Brady..he played such small minutes that I think this game counts.

True, it was encouraging to see Cassel play decent at least. But a close game with the Chefs is never good.

Maybe the offense will look better now that they know Brady won't be back, and they have to trust 100% in Matt.

and I don't know anything about their practices, but with Brady out, Cassel will have a chance to fully focus on being the QB.

This game was good for Matt's confidence. This team is in better shape than most in the AFC. They can still be a wild card team. But a first round exit awaits.

meh...give the new QB some time. I mean, really...how much could he really have practiced with the team before the season?

The Pats play in the fucking AFC East...they will still win their division...Cassel just has to throw the ball within 15 feet of Randy Moss and it's a completion...srsly Miami, NYJ and the Bills have no shot at winning the division. The Pats at worst will win a wild card spot and prob still beat SD and Indy and make it to the AFC Championship.

no. I heard norwood choked and missed a game winner in the superbowl. but that Bills team has a lot of talent, i am sure they will be back and win it all next time.
