- Assist in fulfillment of all league mandated responsibilities of the team public relations department.
- General office duties, including maintaining news clippings and historical archives.
- Assist Silver Stars staff with community, sales and marketing events.
- Assist San Antonio Spurs and San Antonio Rampage PR staff when needed.
- Related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Attending four-year college/university
- Working toward journalism, communications or public relations degree
- Experience working in Sports Information Office a plus
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Able to work full season (April-Sept.)
- Highly organized and great attention to detail
- Knowledge of the sport of basketball and/or the WNBA
- Ability to create news story angles
- Self-starter, highly motivated individual
- Ability to work with all types of people
- Ability to manage multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
