I hate Malone with a passion.
I
have
never hated anyone before, but I do Malone. I don't see how a
42
yr
old one legged over-the-hill past his prime BB player is going
to
help the Spurs. It reminds me of when the Cowboys hired Deion
Sanders
as an overpayed corner after they had won back-to-back titles.
The
Spurs do not need Malone. Malone didn't help Utah win crap as
a
young
man and he didn't help LA win a ring last season. I will
always
be
a
fan of the San Antonio Spurs, but I will not be rooting for
Malone
to
win a ring if he comes here. Sorry, but I just can't stand to
see
him
come here and put on the Silver and Black. I am also sure he
will
ask
if he can were 32. I will really be pissed then.

this is from a friend of mine and i totally agree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If there's anything more tiring than Malone keeping everyone twisting in the wind, it's Malone thread #164837 :sleep

What a
strange
thread format.

Or is it just

That said, I agree with the content of the post.

Man some of you Spurs fans are dumb as hell, what game do you watch? is it the NBA? I can't believe how stupid some of your posts are, I get sick when I come to this sight and see people giving there previews on Karl when the only time you have probably even watched him is when he is playing your spurs. Karl would be a huge asset to your team, even if your own personal panzi ass insecurities tell you he wouldn't be. Maybe you should listen to sports analists, maybe you should listen to Jazz players that have played with Karl, maybe you should listen to Laker players that have played with Karl, maybe you should listen to any player that has played with Karl, maybe you should listen to your own teams coach, maybe even your MVP, I think all them know more than you Karl bashers. Just quit being little babies and take it as an honor that one of the 50 best players ever wants to play for your team. Damn!

Just stick by your word. If he comes, don't let me see your ass on the river in June. That parade is for fans who support the team. Get out, stay out.

And don't try that "I'll always be a Spurs fan, but I'll root against them if Karl is on the team" crap. You can't have it both ways. Either you'll be rooting for the Spurs or against them. Regardless of who's on the team, either you want them to win it or you don't.

I'd be rooting for the Spurs to win a championship if they got Kim Jong Il to play backup small forward.

I've rooted for Rodman in the Black and Silver. I can take it.

Hell, I'll even be happy for him when he gets his ring. And I'll always cherish knowing that he had to come here, of all places, to get it. That's justice. Karl finally gets a ring, but he'll never get the credit, no matter how well he plays for us. It'll always be "he needed Tim to do it", even if it turns out that they need each other. In the meantime, what's really important is that the Spurs reach the dynasty status they deserve.

And you can stay home and bitch about how much you don't like Karl Malone and be proud of how firmly you stuck to your principles...while I'm downtown with a few hundred thousand of my closest friends.

Drunk.

So you have fun. I know I will.

My thought:

It would've been nice had the fucker opted to join the team before the start of the season, not after game 50.

Here after 50 games, or in Miami after 50 games?

Would you really prefer the latter, just because he made you wait?

Doesn't matter at this point. Fucker's been hedging his bet. Pass.

I hate George Karl too (oh that Karl). I hate him mainly because he is sitting out the time he could have potentially actually helped the Spurs.

Better late than never. Sign the man. Tim could use the rest.

The Spurs have guys to give TD rest. That's why his minutes have been down this season.

tekdragon

I meant "let Tim rest" and win while he's resting.

They're on track for the best record in Spurs' history.
