He just wanted to get out of there early so he could go nail Carolyn Hughes.

Can't believe one of these useless teams is going to make the Playoffs.

What do Dodgers' fans see as the postseason rotation? I can't see not pitching Maddux in the #3 slot as a stopper.
(In my defense, I am very old, and Greg Maddux will always be a dominant pitcher in my mind...)

depends. i would have lowe, billingsley and kuroda. if the dodgers are up 2-1 i pitch maddux. if they are down 1-2, i go with lowe in game 4

The math is definitely on your side.
My brain boggles at the idea of Maddux being on a team in the post season and somehow not making a divisional series start. Yes, I understand what Maddux circa 2008 is really capable of, but it hurts!
Maddux has always been my favorite pitcher. I sometimes still think he has a Chinaman's chance at 400 wins. (He doesn't.)

yea doubt that, unless he goes franco on us and plays til hes 50. 1st time in over a decade that maddux isnt going to win 10 games.

Yep. Sometimes I think he must only be hanging around for 400 wins. OTOH, 10 mil per season isn't exactly pocket money.
