I have 2 tickets in Section 10, row 8, seats 5&6 (specifically – 5 rows behind the visitors bench, right on the foul line). These are 5 rows behind the visitors bench because the bench takes up the first 3 rows in the section. I am looking to sell this season upfront because I am about to start building a house in New Braunfels that I will be the GC on and I won’t have a whole lot of free time to make it to the games. I already have a buyer for 10 games, but that still leaves 3/4 of the season! I am asking that people buy at least a 7 game pack. I am selling these at cost – which is not to be confused with Face value. Face value is $275 per ticket, but season ticket holders get a discount and pay $230 per ticket. That would make each game $460 for both tickets plus $20 for a Lot 2 Parking Permit (I’m not going to make people buy the parking, but unless you already have a permit it is really a good deal. Lot 2 is RIGHT NEXT to the main gate). Thus a 7 game pack with parking would be $3360, or a 10 game pack (1/4 season) with parking would be $4800.

As for what games, I am going to make it as fair as possible. No one will be getting all of the good games and no one will be getting all of the lame games. Furthermore, I am open to suggestions as to what fits you best (weekend games, Sunday afternoon games, mostly first half, mostly 2nd half, etc) or if you have a favorite team, let me know and I will see if I can accommodate you.

If you are interested please let me know!

Well at least he's selling them at face value - which is better than some of the gouging long-time members have tried to do. :lol

Yep, Google is neat. I do own most of the sites that come up for a search about me - It's what I do for a living. Matter of fact, the result for www.vacationrentalnb.com is the house that I am building in New Braunfels.

And before it even starts - yes, last year I sold each game individually for a profit. It was the first year I had the Charter and I was trying to help offset the cost of buying the seat license. It worked pretty well too - sell 30 games at a profit and see the others for free.

This year, I am planning on keeping a quarter of the games again, but selling the rest at cost.

What are the playoff arrangements?

The most fair way I can think to do it is that if you buy 1/4 season you will get every 4th playoff game. That would be more fair than saying "You get round 1, you get round 2, you get WC finals, and you get finals".

How does that sound to everyone?

BTW - 18 Games sold now.

That guy doesn't even post a price... I'm not sure if you are asking me why mine are so cheap or if you are asking about the ad. If you are asking me: Like I said, I just need to sell them and get my money back for the season. I can't go because I'm going to be up to my gills trying to build a house. As far a you thinking it might be a scam - I understand being uneasy about it. That's why I have offered everyone that I will fax or email a copy of my ticket statement, my drivers license, and anything else you need to feel comfortable. Heck, I'll give you my account number and you can call the Spurs yourself and ask who owns the seats. I have nothing to hide.
