Your sketches are all very nice and you have a great ability to understand the lines and shape of a face. IMO you have the hardest part down. But they have no depth, they are very flat.
Try finding a photo with a hash side light and maybe use cross hatching for shading.
Here is a good example.

Thanks for the tip. My problem most of the time is shading. Just perfecting the features already drain me, so when the features are already drawn, I'm always too lazy to add the finishing touches. Bad habit. I should really have more patience.
Interesting site though, will take a look at it. :)
