So is this shit real or fake? Cuz I'm sick of wondering if he'll be signed or not. I he has been signed, can he still be traded before the season starts? I'm not hoping that occurs, but if a better 20-25 yr old PG with some serious upside comes along, I would be for it.

I understand there's a padded seat on the sidelines that is suddenly feeling less lonely thanks to this news.

Espn doesn't show at all that Spurs have signed Hill. It shows that Spurs haven't sign Hill.

I guess the thread starter is working hard to become the worst poster on ST with this BS thread and the Randoplh trade thread.

I have a question if Hill was signed earlier is there a certain amount of time before he could be traded?

If that is the case I think the Spurs must be trying to include his rights in some sort of trade package. If they can't get a deal done then they will probably sign him. What do you guys think?

a signed rookie can't be traded for 30 days.
I see it like you. it's probably also better for the Spurs to just trade the rights, because they don't have to take Hill's salary back. I'm pretty sure that they offered him in a package with Bonner. but obviously none did bite, or the offers were not good enough. maybe the Spurs also gamble that close to the camp some teams are willing to offer something better, if they feel they need to balance the roster.
I also think that if they finally sign Hill, it was just the plan B, because A (trade Hills rights) didn't work.

ESPN does NOT show Hill as a Spur. If you're looking at as I am, they also have Horry, Stoudamire, and Johnson still as Spurs. Common sense should tell you that looking to the right of their name for their contract salary would be a good idea before you post idiotic threads like this.
