Where's the WOAI radio station building?

I have 6222 IH 10 W as the address and can't for the life of me find the actual building when I google map it or mapquest it? Someone here has to know where the building is.

I have a radio taping for an upcoming press conference to be at at 8 am tomorrow and need to know where it is. Can someone describe to me how to get there...as easily as possible from downtown (I'll be coming from Zarzamora)?

Maybe next time JB, I'm just taking someone. My director and one of our clients are going to be speaking to Ron Aaron about our upcoming 'Save Your Pet's Home" event with the Animal Defense League.
