Should be prohibited by law - or at least warnings should be posted at all airports with flights to Londond at least a month prior to the event.
It's Horrible!!!
Everywhere you go in Mayfair you can't avoid the models prancing around in their fancy little dresses. :rolleyes
The restaurants and tea rooms are packed with them! I was trying to read a book today while enjoying a perfect cup of Darjeeling, when three of them sat down at the table across from me! I mean really, if you're going to wear those micro skirts, seating at a tea table on a low sofa is not the best idea - and for goodness sake if you're going to draw attention to yourself with your loud giggling, please at least keep those legs crossed!
Finding a cab is of course out of the question. Even if you, as I did, book yours an hour in advance with your concierge, you'll be asked to share it with Elle McPherson.
I guess she was in a hurry and it was the polite thing to do, but woman show your gratitude and shut up! She was going on and on about her new lingerie collection. How incredibly fine the lace for the thongs is and how much people will love them. Good thing we arrived at her destination quickly, or she would have probably demonstrated it right there in the Taxi.
I love London, but they totally mishandled this. I mean they could have done their little "fashion week" in Slough and saved us the trouble.
