Nike has decided to commemorate George Ice Man Gervin’s career by releasing this limited edition pair of Nike Blazers. Highly limited release of only 24 pairs worldwide to be sold at the House of Hoops in NYC.

How is that a tribute to G-Man. That shoe is ugly and the silouette could be any basketball player. They could at least have just made it a cool black and silver shoe.

You see that silhouette? The two basketballs? That's off of one of the most famous basketball posters in history, and easily identified by any basketball novice over the age of 10.

Any Baller could be holding that pose. If they were gonna put the put the G-Man on the shoe, it shoulda been the finger roll.

I recognized Ice as soon as I saw the shoe.


And I believe it's the same shoe in the poster, only in silver.


I'd buy 'em and then hunt down George to sign them for me.

:lmao Only a rockets fan would say that. Only one other baller has used it. That was Duncan, in homage to Ice.
