This is a real life example. Keep in mind I'm just a nickle and dimer, so real players do so much more.

I borrowed $63,800 for the purchase of a rundown house.
I borrowed another $7000 for the renovation of that house.
I Sold the House recently.

List of people who benefited when I bought:

Seller and Family, Title company (jobs), Real Estate Agenst (jobs), insurance agent.

List of people who benefited when I renovated:

Flooring guys(2-3), plumber, landscapers/haulers(2-3), painter, paint company, home depot, local conveniece store, cleaning people.

List of people who benefited when I sold:

appraiser, inspectors, pest control, insurance agent, title company, real estate agents, banks, Buyer & Seller.

How a small transcation helps so many people. The credit freeze is not hurting just sub-prime borrowers, but it's hurting people like me.

It'll never be as relaxed as it was but at some point they'll have to start lending to middle America with mid and upper 600 scores. Its where all the money is.

Good job. You also helped fight blight.

Props.

Now, remind the politicians not to raise capital gains taxes.
