when eating a sandwich do you eat it with the meat on the bottom and the fixin' on top or vice versa.

vegans, don't even bother. CARCASS RULES!!!!!!!!!

I like to mix it up in there. I will lay a bed of lettuce down. Then slap my meat on there and then splooge all the veggies over that.

No for burgers, it's cheese on top of meat. There should never be any direct cheese to bread contact in a burger.
