even if it's a toy, if you go wavin a toy gun in an officers face, it better be a bright plastic color and you better squirt him fast or expect to be dead...

You're in San Antonio? I'd suggest the Bonham Exchange. They can re-lube it for you. I've heard that they do fabulous work.
