Need video made any ideas?

Need a video made for a non-profit community organization. Video is suppossed to educate people about a problem and how to fix it. Any ideas where I can have one made on a low budget?

Bigsnack lent some guy he knew from 2nd grade the camcorder and it's been like two years since he has asked for it back. Mouse borrowed it for two days to film LCS and Bigsnack was at his place to get the camera 15 minutes after he got back in town. :lmao
