That's great. Will it be more than what the Dodgers, Angels, Mets, Yankess and Red Sox offer? Throw the Cubs and White Sox in there if you wish.

In the end I think it comes down to the Dodgers and Red Sox.

Translation: Brewers realize there's no serious way to re-sign Sabathia.

Ownership putting on a good face and saying "Hey we tried"

Sabathia will be a Dodger or a Yankee.

His choice.

Outside shot at him returning to Cleveland, but doubtfull though.

The Cubs are "sellers" for next year now that the sale of the team has been delayed. They would have to let Dempster and/or Harden walk to free up some money for Sabathia.

I expect the Yankees to make an offer that can only be approached by the Mets and Red Sox.
