Really, Fox News (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,441025,00.html)

And I don't disagree with him.

Me too...I was particularly happy when the House Repubs voted down the bailout the first time around and thoroughly upset when the bailout passed (with R's and McCain voiting for it).

That's why Sen. Cornyn will not be getting my vote.

Yeah, this has been a part of my reasoning for voting for Obama. The Republicans need to get their ish in order. Right now, this race features two Democrats. McCain actually has some socialist ideas mixed in, which is amazing for a supposed Republican candidate.

I'm hoping that in 2004 or 2008 we get a Republican candidate with similar domestic views to Ron Paul. Democrat and Democrat-lite in a presidential election is bad for our country.

Give me a party that is fiscally conservative but socially progressive on the issues and you have my vote. The Democrats aren't a perfect fit for me, but they are the closest thing I have to vote for that has a shot at changing this country.

The problem is, its either have SOME socialist ideas, or have ALL socialist ideas.

Again you have to settle for the least dangerous twords business.

Since when are words dangerous?? what is this, the 1950s? Socialism isn't inherently bad. Its based on fairytale ideology, yes, but there is a lot of merit in some forms of socialist ideals. Its not an either, or thing.
