Hey all, I need some help planning a romantic evening

I've tried looking up ideas, but none of them also talk about where's a good place with live music for slow dancing. It doesn't have to be at the same place where dinner is served, but I know you guys can help.

Thanks in advance

Take her to the movies and try the popcorn trick. And if you're a girl, take him to the movies and let him try the popcorn trick.

Try somewhere out in Gruene.....I know the dancehall is out there and they usually have some live band out there. Plus there are tons of places to eat as well as hang out. But it is hard to find a place like that here in San Antonio....most places to go dance are going to be clubs.

How about your living room? Make dinner, or bring a nice one in. Put music of your choice on the stereo. Dim the lights, add a few candles...

Romance is wonderful, especially if you create it. Hope the night goes well.

Thanks for the help so far all, I do like the ideas but I forgot to mention that it's for a first date, so leaving town I don't think would be a good idea... But, thank you and keep them coming

I don't see nothing wrong with a little bump and grind.

I took the old lady to a romantic dinner last Saturday at Paesano's off 1604 and Military and it was very nice. Food was great and we had a nice talk which led to an even greater evening back home. Skip the dancing and leave her wanting more.

Take her out for a nice romantic meal. Afterwards, tell her you have a surprise for her. Drive her out to a State Park. Bring out the folding chairs, Chilled wine & glasses, then plug in your XM radio. Talk, laugh, and then when a nice slow dance comes on, ask her to dance, under the stars. You will be amply rewarded, my friend!:toast

Take her somewhere nice on the Riverwalk...then do some dancing downtown or a nice carriage ride around the Alamo area...
