You can't even get that right. You have to mix the cream cheese with diced onions and season it up with salt and pepper. Not to mention you completely left out either a nice strip of sausage or shrimp stuffed in the middle of the two halves. Even a cheese smokie would work.

The shrimp might be okay with it, but the sausage/smokie is terrible; but if you wanna take it that far you might as well batter it and fry it up!! :hungry:

I usually dice up some shrimp and onion with a little pepper, garlic sea salt and the cream cheese. Put the two halves back together and smoke with mesquite for about two hours.

Got one better than that. Start with fresh jalapenos. Cut in half and seed. Take 1lb of bacon ends (fried) and chop in food processor. Add 1lb of velveeta cheese and dice/mix with the bacon. stuff the jalapenos halves and smoke on the pit.
