he was waived and the spurs tried to get him in 2003. why dont they try to get him again? hes a good shooter.

welcome to the forum. im sure youre correct about the spurs going after smush is 03 even though i dont remember this but smush sucks. if he couldnt stay on with coaches like phil and pat theres no way he can hang here. besides we have a 3 solid PGs so we wouldnt need smush anyhow.

Because the Spurs have cut five guys in the last week that I'd rather have than Smush Parker? How does an actual Spurs fan not know that roster spots are at a premium? It takes ten minutes of reading.

Smush is very talented and could have been a star.

BUT....he has bad attitude, is lazy on defense and doesn't even WANT to play defense.

If this guy is as much of an ass as his reputation suggests, the Spurs have not pursued him because they would lose Pop for 20 to life after he murders Smush 20 minutes into the first team practice.
