The Spurs could very well be entering into their final season as championship contenders. That doesn't mean that the Lakers will be the team to come out of the West. Kobe can't win a championship without Shaq. No surprises there though. No one expected the Lakers to win in '04 or '08. Just losing like they were supposed to as the underdogs in both Finals.
