When even conservatives like William Bennett and George Will are discussing the historic election of Obama, Nader insists once again on being the negative, mean-spirited manic contrarian-- the same unapologetic temperament that opposed Carter, Clinton, and Gore, who was annihilated in two elections because he doesn't understand the fundamentals of democracy, and who, more than any other person on the left, is responsible for the presidency of G.W. Bush..... now he cements his legacy even further by being the first on national TV to use the term Uncle Tom.

I'm no fan of Fox news, but it doesn't take away from Nader's childish bitterness. Any amateur psychologist would probably conclude that Nader's great supposed hatred of "power" most likely stems from his own interior defect of craving power more than anything else. His is the classic life-long over-reaction. He never compromises with anyone on anything, never admits he's wrong on anything, but also hates those who are power hungry and arrogant. Kettle, meet pot.

Shep is actually the most "fair and balanced" anchor at Fox. He was a great choice for the election coverage.

"Yeah, of course..."

His bile has overtaken his message.

I'd say his true inner self has taken over his message. IMO, Obama's nonpartisan admiration for the human spirit is not an act... it's really his life philosophy. Nader has never loved humanity.

Someone like Barry Goldwater truly became kinder and gentler as he aged. Nader gets worse with every passing year.

Damn, it's already on wikipedia under Uncle Tom.

In an interview with Fox News' Shepard Smith, Ralph Nader challenged Barack Obama saying, "To put it very simply, he is our first African-American president. And we wish him well. But his choice, basically, is whether he is going to be Uncle Sam for this country, or Uncle Tom for the giant corporations."A Fox News reporter asked Nader if that’s what he wants his legacy to be.

:lmao Kirsten Powers is a registered democrat and a liberal commentator. She and Bob Beckel are brought in to represent only one side in debates. There's nothing balanced about her, and rightly so, as it's not part of her job any more than it's part of Ann Coulter's job to be balanced. Karl Rove has more of an expectation of being balanced on Fox than Kirsten does.

Some of you guys talk about Fox news as though you'd ever actually watch it. Quit getting your information about it from the Colbert Report, please.
