Did anyone notice Duncan's clutch play?

* In the last 10 minutes of the 4th quarter, Duncan scored 14 points, missing only one jump shot and one free throw

* Duncan made a jump bank shot with 7 seconds left in the 4th to tie the game

* In the first OT, with less than 4 minutes left, Duncan got three straight offensive rebounds to keep the ball alive before Parker scored, cutting the deficit to two.

* Duncan put the Spurs up by 2 with a turnaround jump shot with 51 seconds left

* With 7 seconds left, Duncan tied the game with two free thows

* In the second OT, Duncan hit a jump shot to put the Spurs up by 4 with 51 seconds left.

* Duncan sealed the win with a rebound with 7 seconds left

Of course. Most everyone knows, TD is clutch.

He is so unbelievably good that many of his best games and plays go unnoticed. Do you ever notice when he gets the ball he just instinctively makes the right decision 99% of the time? It may not always work out, but he always gives his team the best chance to make a play. MVP every year, Hall of Famer, and not appreciated enough for what he does.

I think we all noticed, even with most of our attention on the game Parker was having. The word clutch was in the game blog several times regarding Duncan as well as Parker and Mason. It was a fun game to watch.

Thanks for the highlight list. :)

It often gets overlooked, but Duncan's always been pretty clutch.

Let's not forget last year's 3 ball to put away the Suns. That was outrageous.

Three of those points on a basket & one.

I'd like to see a stat on how many three point plays Duncan makes during a season. It seems like he averages about one per game.

I just browsed through the game blog and saw duncan228 mention the word "clutch" at least twice.

This one is the most impressive.

I didnt forget

Then why didn't you put it in your post, then? Did you intentionally leave it out in order to make Duncan look bad?
