Yes that is ski flying, in march they will be flying again here in Slovenia ( hope we'll see a new record :blah .
Hill is K 185m but they can fly up to 225m with no problem at all.

He sucks too. If you look Olimpija now, he as much damage as he did the good. He always tried to be the star of the team.
