I sometimes worry about his longevity affording him too powerful a grip on the organization, but for the most part, he uses his power wisely and until he doesn't, it won't be a problem. I'm know Sloan himself probably doesn't care too much about this, but it's a testament to his steady greatness none the less. I hope in celebration he at least has a Bud Light and a cigarette, which he is known to enjoy on occasion. :toast

LOL I wouldn't say I love him, but I admire the guy, and respect him a lot...

Too bad he hasn't won a title yet, I think he deserves a championship.

What he really deserves is a COY award. Crying shame he hasn't received one yet.

When the NBA decided to mike the locker room so they could film pre-game and halftime talks, Sloan dropped an F bomb the first time his team was on TV. I love him.

Sloan is where he belongs, in a state where they have more this then that. And he still doesnt have a ring. Im more then sure once Sloan is gone then and only then will Utah be able to make some real noise. Utah is one team that has had alot of talent through out many years. And they always come up short. Thats a sure sign of the head coach. Like Nellie and Karl, imo Sloan is overrated.
