What 2 days of the year are there no games played by either of the major professional sport teams? (mlb,nfl,nba,nhl)

Since there are no NBA, NFL or NHL games during the middle of the baseball season, it would be some time during the all star break.

MLB All star break. Since it's in July, and football season is in camp, basketball season just ended, hockey is over. I don't know the other, though.
