Jack Haley of Fox Sports - Los Angeles revealed late Friday that the Lakers were in serious discussions with an undisclosed team, saying that the Lakers have already warned one of their players that they're likely to be moved within the next 24 hours. Lakers forward Lamar Odom and Jazz forward Carlos Boozer both sat out the Lakers\Jazz game right before the All-Star Break, which may be a coincidence, or they could be swapping uniforms.

He's not exactly Shaq, but Boozer would provide an inside presence that the Lakers need. Boozer is still recovering from a sprained right ankle, but was averaging 17.8 points and 9.0 rebounds per game at the time of the injury. He will continue to be valuable to fantasy owners regardless of what uniform he puts on.
