-they will struggle to score
-hill and mason too young
-no defense
-no ginobili = below 500 team
-------------------------------

we'll see about that. :flag:

Admit how close you were to being one of the people saying that two hours ago. :)

my stance 2 hours ago is the same now. i would rather not tank because it is a waste of duncan and ginobili's prime but i would be fine with tanking if we drop enough games early on. :p:

Bucher just said the Spurs are amongst a handful of teams interested in trading for Al Harrington

I would like to add --

Legler said our OLD guys were TOO OLD...

He said.."Guys like Bruce Bowen, Mike Finley, Kurt Thomas, and Robert Horry.."

Ummm..is HORRY here? Does he know something we don't?

:lol I love when guys just prove that they don't follow the Spurs and are just talking out of their ass.

Al Harrington? That would be f-ing awesome. But we're never that lucky. Especially not when it comes to mid-season trades.

Does Nellie want a third string point guard and 6'10" forward who can't shoot? Unless it's those two for him and no draft picks, I can't see how the Spurs would be interested.

Is Tim Legler ever right about anything?

He was the only one at ESPN to call Boston over LA last year.

I guess that was his version of "going out on a limb". Throwing Robert Horry on the roster further increases his credibility as an analyst.

Legs used to be a spur lover back in 05, and he was tolerable since he was right all the time.

Now, his usefulness has run out.

i can barely see him being interested in bonner, the only reason i can possibly see GS wanting to trade with us is to free up minutes for their young guys since they have a lot. but youre right, without a draft pick theres not much motivation for them.

Yeah, Harrington is shit if you have to give up a draft pick. I'd rather buy Vaughn out or give him an assistant coach job to free up a roster spot. Hell, I'd rather just cut Farmer and be done with it.
