we are going to need a Houston Rockets-style winning streak if we are going to make the playoffs.

Or maybe we should just tank and enter the lottery on purpose?

Oh yeah, let's tank... how come nobody here thought about this before?

I was wondering the other day. With all the talent the NBA has can any team go on a 15 game winning streak? Or more?

The Spurs will have to adjust all over again when Manu comes back, especially Mason and Hill. When is everybody is back healty (including Ian) and we start clicking, I like our chances. That's assuming all the new guys will have learned the system and know their roles.

If we can successfully carbon freeze Tony Manu and Tim (and successfully thaw them next summer....oh, and me too) then I'm all for this 'tanking' plan. :tu
