I believe he got hurt in practice?
I read it somewhere today, and whether he was going to play was up in the air.
There's a thread on here somewhere talking about his last shot taken at the ATT center...look for that title. I think it's in there.

Barry may not be available for tonight's return to the AT&T Center, though. A sprained right thumb, suffered in the Rockets' Wednesday night victory over the Phoenix Suns, may keep him on the sidelines. X-rays taken Wednesday were negative, but Barry said the thumb was swollen and sore on Thursday.

I believe they said during the telecast that he hurt it during the goaltended layup he had at the end of the last game.

But I seem to remember Kevin Eschenfelder saying something about his knee. Or was that someone else he was talking about? I can't remember.

With the way Barry played against the Sonics when he was with the Spurs, I was hoping he'd play tonight . . .

Thats why brents mouth has become bigger then his game. For the last 3 seasons he has been shining the pine. This is exactly why the spurs took the Fins over Brent. He does noone any good shining the pine. I for one am happy his ability to sit with re-occurring injuries is on someone else's bench and not the spurs. The Rockets grabbed Brent just like we grabbed Kurt. We brought in Kurt to beat the Suns. Brent was taking to beat his old team as well. Brent is on pace to set a record season.........shining the pine minutes.

Brent is averaging 21 MPG. This is the first game he has missed.
