I just finish watching spurs-raptors game date 5th dec 1999 - raptors won btw :rolleyes
Well for me it was very interesting to see a game from back then, because i never seen any spurs game beside this year games.
Pop still had some hair :lol - same coaching style
Duncan played much more aggresive than now, he tried to get o rebs and he went to the basket more often, same glass shot as his using now
Avery Johnson was by far less skilled then parker is now, he just sucked on this game, got blocked almost every time he went to the basket and he didn't know how to play PG
Mario Ellie = Bowen - i liked the way he played
Robinson was far better shooter than rasho, but (i m going to be flamed for this :oops ) he had only 1 nice pass to duncan in whole game, he didn't block very effective for pick'n'roll in offense and overall didn't produce very much. He had some nice o rebs which rasho doesn't even try to get and what was imo most important for spurs - he and tim like to play together
And for raptors: T-Mac and Vince Carter together :smokin , why did raptors trade them??
