And Kirilenko posterized Amare on a reverse.

And Boozer with 4 offensive boards in the final minutes

And Jazz owning Suns without Deron Williams.

ROFL LOL

Who thinks Phoenix is gonna win a title? :lmao

Typical SpursTalk fan. Making snap judgments about teams based on a game or two. We beat the Pistons last night--does that automatically mean Detroit won't contend?

Eh is @ Utah not sweating one loss in Salt Lake City. Especially in a b2b.

If the Jazz get home court advantage, they can contend with any team.

Too bad they're an awful road team.

Yeah but Utah didn't have their best player

Nothing like playing @ home without your best player. Plus they still have good players besides Williams. Is not a one man team like the Cavs.

Yeah but Utah didn't have their best player

The Jazz were short-handed, but the Suns were exhausted from playing heavy minutes the night before in a big game against the Pistons. The Suns are going to struggle all season long on back-to-backs because half the team is old as dirt and getting older.

Game 4 WCF 2007?

Yes indeedy, and you have to go even farther back than that to find a regular season victory in Utah. It's an extremely tough place to play.

I think the Lakers game is more important then this one. The Suns have not played well against the Lakers in awhile.

The Suns are still #2 in the WC.

No, I know the definitions of all the words you used. :toast

So by saying "typical SpursTalk fan" you weren't using a generalization to describe a representation of the fans here?

What's funny is we get so mad when other teams' fans do that to the Spurs.

No, that's exactly what I was doing. Except I was generalizing about a common postgame reaction, not making a specific statement about every ST poster. If I had said, "Just like every other poster here," I think you'd have a case.

True. There are people here (not all) who talk shit about another team then get pissy when someone returns the favor.

I understood that, I just don't agree. While I do think there are quite a few who do just as you describe, I don't agree with the generalization. There are loads of people on this and other boards who are claiming a title one night and firing everyone the next. It is a common postgame reaction for some but not all. Its not about me having a "case", its just about expressing an opinion. No harm done. :toast

Phoenix was going to start quick. Its a long season, especially for Shaq, who's due for a ghost injury so he can take 7-10 games off.
