Dude,

This Saturday, 0800 hours on Lackland... the easiest 5k (3.1 miles) you will ever run.... Cost is about 15 dollars.....

Zag me an email if you are interested...

Well, I'm going to be running the Race for The Cure on April 2.

Not quite ready yet but....you may not know this...but I can run like the wind.

I was thinking about going and running that too. I've never done anything like that before though. A friend brought it up this weekend and was asking for people who were interested.
Not quite ready? Do you have to prepare yourself somehow for it? I don't want to get in over my head :lol
