So I remember seeing RMJR's 3PP and wanted to see his ranking league wise.

I saw that he was thirteenth in terms of percentage, and sixth in terms of shots made.

So for whatever reason I went to see how Brent Barry was doing, I searched the list for "Barry" but nothing came up, so I went to his player page and saw that he's playing about twenty minutes, has missed two games with a sprained thumb, and is shooting twenty five percent from three.

Has his thumb been sprained the whole season, or did someone put a jinx or curse on his ass?

he's a Spur-in-disguise. and all that posturing with Bowen was for show.

Thumb injury is only recently. He's still trying to find his niche. Took him a while when he first came to San Antonio, too.

Although, he has to find that niche before the gas runs out . . .

Yeah agreed. Brent was becoming to comfy on that bench year after year. Pop knew he would goto the Rockets if we didnt reach into our pockets and keep him. And Pop knew he would be injured for most of the season doing very little to help their ball club. Why isnt anyone praising the FO for this move. I know because San Antonio miss Brents commericals.

He already has a niche, stand there and wait for someone to pass the ball to him, then shoot a three...

Bowen had his wife put a Caribbean curse on him.

Barry is having the same kind of season he had in San Antonio the last 3 years. Lets see if he comes thru for them in March or will he have nagging injurys from the all-star break on.

stand, get passed the ball, and as soon as the ball touches your hands, whip it around to someone else twice as fast.

Barry is getting wide open looks. He's just not knocking em down.

Barry is a career 46 percent 2 pt shooter and a 40.6% 3 pt shooter. Currently he's at 32.1% 2 pt shooting and 25% 3 pt shooting. Really dismal. Even just standing there with nobody around him he can't knock the shot down.

He might have been cursed by Bruce Bowen, since Brent may have called him dirty. It might have been Tim Duncan calling in a favor to pals back in the Carribean with some voodoo skills, but I think the likely culprit is Father Time.

By the way, since when did teams start having jersey presentations for 36 year old free agent acquisitions?

Father time takes your legs. It does not take your shooting touch. Even now I bet Larry Bird could stand out there and drill three pointers all day long.

I thought Brent was in the most danger of being totally done out of all of last season's Spurs, but the jury is still out because Thomas is sucking too.

Thomas has a small excuse in that he is still out of shape IMO.

Spoken like a true non shooter. You don't shoot with your arms.

In 08-09

Finley 2 pt .423 3 pt .415
Barry 2 pt .321 3 pt .250

then again Finley has more playing time and Barry's in a new team.

shooting touch on open shots doesn't matter when changing teams IMO.
