Welp, it's been about a year in the making; well, collecting really. Trying to gather up the tshirts to make it were an event all on their own. Probably around $150 in shirts and more in the supplies. My step-mom assembled it for me. The back is a black fabric with the coyote, spurs logo and a basketball. Here's the front:

sweet, is it warm?
Good question! It should be, it's the same thickness/filler that she put in my wife's quilt last Christmas. Unfortunately I don't have it yet - I'll get to see it on Thanksgiving but my step-mom wants to take it to her quilting group to show it off. Freakin have to wait until Christmas to get it! :depressed

Sure, it's nothing special. Basically they release two new patterns of cloth every year, this is a new one.

The way the Spurs are playing this season shouldn't you make a choker instead?

I grew mine out to start the season ... guess we could make a brown and white rug. It'd look like a shit stain, kinda like Mavs record!

What I don't get is how you can have a picture of Manu and keep the blanket from flip flopping off the bed.

Thanks Smackie Chan! The second link is a 2005 Finals throw, that's my favorite of the 4 Titles. There were 2 available, there's now only 1. :)

Its in the pantry. Grab a ladder and look for yourself.
Maybe Mavs fans could make a quilt out of Dirk's maxi pads. I'm sure it'll be nice and warm since he uses heavy flow.

Kudos
I hope it ends up at the NBA HOF as a "basketball treasure' 100 years from now. I got dragged to a Quilt Museum in Colonial Williamsburg years ago, they are worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Plus it has Grandma's TLC
