Is there anyway to get in to the practices on gameday or get stuff signed somehow around the at&t center. Going to the bulls game this wed and was just wondering if getting there very early can maybe net me a chance meeting with spurs or bulls players either on or off the court. thanks

some of the players are out shooting about 45 min before the game. they sign some autographs by the tunnels. If you have lower seat tickets it should be easy to get there if not, i dont know never tried
ps. the only ones i ever see shooting and giving autographs are vauhgn and bonner.. :depressed

Duncan does sign, but I've never been there so I don't know where.

I'd love to get a signature.

Tim is usually long gone before the people with "regular" tickets can get in the door. Sorry.

I got quite a few signatures before game 7 of the finals in 2005. Just get there at least and hour early and make your way toward the tunnel. Not much had changed since then as it's still pretty easy to walk down there without any usher sending you back up.

It is often easier to get autographs from the opponents rather than the Spurs. You have to choose one tunnel or the other- opposite ends of the lower level.

Thanks. I harbor no illusions that I'll ever get an autograph. I'll be happy if I can simply see him play in person before he retires.

You're in LA, aren't you?
Why don't you take in a Clippers or Lakers/Spurs game?

Price. I'm fussy. Nosebleed isn't worth it, and the decent seats, even for the Clippers, are high. (The Lakers are ridiculous, they have that tiered pricing and the Spurs are in the 'premium' group). League Pass takes a chunk of my basketball budget, there's usually not enough left for good seats. I always hope though, they're here in March against the Clippers so we'll see.

Bummer.
Too bad you weren't here in Indianpolis a couple years ago.
I got 4 premium seats to the Pacers/Spurs game - FREE - 1 row behind the scorer's table. At different times, the players stretched using the table right in front of me.
And during the game, Pop and Tony stood right in front of me having a discussion.
I also got to meet Sean Elliott prior to the game.
Sad but true, I had a tough time giving 2 of the tickets away.
Originally, I was going to give them to my family, but only my Dad and I could go. I ended up taking a co-worker and her husband.
The Spurs will be in town again in a few months, and luckily, it will be on my night off. I'll see if I can get those tickets again.
I'm guessing though, you wouldn't be up to paying for a plane ticket. :lol

No, but I sure wish I could. Those are the seats I want. Hope you can get them again, what a great way to see a game.

Just get in the building is one theory. I may have to give, if I keep being fussy I may fuss myself out of the chance to ever see him.
I think Staples is bigger than the at&t, nosebleed is really nosebleed. I'm going to see what's available after the holidays, maybe I'll get lucky.

Just stay away from the baseline and I'm sure the tickets will be fine. Besides the nosebleeds is where all the real fans are anyways.

True, especially in LA. I just hope it's safe to wear Spurs gear. :lol

I'm sure you could find plenty of empty seats to sneak into during a Clippers game.

I don't know if this helps or not, but back in the early 70's, when I went to Laker games at the Forum, we would hang out by the exit tunnel after the game and get player autographs as they left. You wouldn't even need to buy a game ticket if you can catch them coming or going.

I wonder how different the security is now compared to the 70's.
