We always knew that Tony Parker and Eva Longoria had celebrity clout. But now San Antonio's fave duo have cash clout, too, with big bucks to back up their power couple status: $22.5 million to be exact.
That puts their combined salaries in the No. 9 spot among the Top 10 on Forbes.com's list of Hollywood's top-earning couples.
The list also includes A-list pairings Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman, David and Victoria Beckham, and Jay-Z and his new bride, Beyoncé Knowles. The latter collectively raked in a whopping $162 million between June 1, 2007, and June 1, 2008, putting them ahead of the moneymaking pack.
As for S.A.'s dynamic twosome. . . well. . . they seem to have it all, according to the website. Parker and ELP are paid handsomely for their jobs, but they also know how to skillfully pitch products.
Parker earned $10.5 million last year as the Spurs point guard. His income received a boost with other endorsement deals: VitaminWater, FedEx, Nike, Electronic Arts and Kelloggs.
ELP, of "Desperate Housewives," fame earned $9 million from her role as Gabrielle Solis on the ABC prime time show. And she, too, knows how to hawk makeup, clothing and electronics with lucrative deals with L'Oréal, Bebe and Samsung.
Who else topped the list?
After Jay-Z and Beyoncé are second-placers Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, a duo who hauled in some $85 million over the past year. Smith, America's favorite and most bankable star, earned $80 million during the year.
In third are David and Victoria "Posh" Beckham. The British power couple earned $58 million over the yearlong period, conquering fans on both sides of the Atlantic.
Not far behind in fourth are country sweethearts Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, who brought in $35 million.
In fifth place are Brangelina — Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie — undoubtedly Hollywood's most famous couple. The twosome banked $34 million.
Writer/producer/director Judd Apatow ("Superbad," "Walk Hard" and "Forgetting Sarah Marshall") and actress Leslie Mann, who had a major role in her hubby's blockbuster "Knocked Up," took in $30 million for the sixth spot. Yep, they're laughing all the way to the bank.
Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani follow in seventh place with $28 million. Then come the Aussies, country crooner and Grammy-winner, Urban, and his Oscar-winning wife, Kidman, with $25 million in eighth.
Following the Parkers with $500,000 less are Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart with $22 million in tenth place.
