This is for keep track of how Boki Nachbar, Carlos Delfino, and Jannero Pargo do in Eurocup. For NBA and American fans please remember this is NOT Euroleague level. This is NOT top level of Europe. They play in SECOND level of Europe the Eurocup. The level is much LOWER than Euroleague. Please do not confuse the two different leagues and their levels. To confuse them would be same as to confuse D-League with NBA.

The team that win the Eurocup championship gets promoted to play in Euroleague competition in the next season.

why talk about the european d'league?

Pargo, Delfino, Nachbar are all play there. NBA American fans need to learn some thing. They need to learn that their lies that "worst player in NBA will average 50 in Europe" is all nonsense.

It will good thing for us all to see how these players do in Eurocup.

Always the same bugging about NBA players playing in Europe. The system is completely different and besides the NBA greats I would not think that other former NBA player may average huge stats in Europe. It's tough to make the transition for NBA players and the other way round for European players. While for instance V-Span might be a great player in Europe, he will never be in the NBA. While Josh Childress was a solid role player in the NBA he will never be a star in Europe. You have to be very skilled in adapting to new systems to succeed in another basketball system and unfortunately there are only few players who can do this.

:lmao no way you can't compare eurocup whith D-league.
Any team in the Eurocup would take to school the best D-league team.
Locomotive signed Delfino to dominate and try to win the Eurocup so they can play in Euroleague next season, but there's not a big diference between both leagues like there is between NBA and D-League.
The reazon Locomotive is in Europcup is because they didn't have a competitive team in the past in order to play Euroleague ball, that's all
I would say the diference between Eurocup teams and Euroleague teams is like the diference between playoffs teams and losing teams in the NBA,not a big gup.
Feel free to take over his thread and keep us informed, since you actually seem to know what you're talking about.

I never said that. I said it is second level of Europe and difference is similar. I did not say Eurocup = D-League. Everyone except NBA homers knows even Eurocup is far better than D-League.

But fact is Euroleague >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>than Eurocup.

Wrong. He wants to come back to NBA when his PAO contract is over and with fair coach he will be great player.

I am not so sure about that KBP... there are some GR8 Eurocup teams that could beat the shit of some Euroleague ones... specially the french Euroleague teams... tell me how in the world the best french team could take Khimki?

Eurocup have this many teams could make top 16 of Euroleague

Dynamo Moscow (I think can make it but would not go past top 16)
Khimki (I think can make it but would not go past top 16)

Lietuvos Rytas (probably but would be close)

Gran Canaria (maybe but is doubtful)

Then they have some other good teams for European level that could compete in Euroleague but not advance to second round like maybe

Bilbao
Maroussi
Unics Kazan
Benetton Treviso
Turk Telekom
Panellinios
Fortitudo Bologna
Pamesa Valenica

Then you must realize just look at this to understand. Like Maroussi and Panellinios is maybe in range 6-8 best teams in Greek League and still should both have good chance make top 16 of Eurocup. How can these teams even be compare to PAO and Olympiacos?

Look at Italian clubs like Fortitudo Bologna and Benetton Treviso and compare to Euroleague Italian club Montespachi they are complete crap.

Russian clubs Khimki and Dynamo cannot be compare to the Euroleague one CSKA. And even with Spanish clubs in Eurocup they are not in same level by far as team like Barcelona or even teams like TAU and even one that is huge underachiever like Real should easily win them in a playoff.

Then consider basic crappy teams in Euroleague is because of the ones from promotion and relegate system and France have one too many places (but next year French League only will get 1 place from then on) but Eurocup have many crap teams.

For you to understand Greek club AEK refuse their Eurocup place because first 3 rounds of Eurocup are so horrible bad level they did not even want to bother with it. Until 4th round of Eurocup it is not serious competition.

And it really only have maybe at very best probably 2 clubs in whole entire league you can predict would make top 16 of Euroleague and is doubtful either could make top 8. Final four of Euroleague I think is out of question even for best 2 teams of Eurocup.

And just so you know Panionios and Panellinios in Greek league both beat Khimki already this year. Benetton of Italy already beat Khimki this year. Only top level European club there is Panionios and they can go no higher than top 16 of Euroleague IMO.

NBA fans is so obsess with NBA players "dominate Europe" nonsense. Is not true. Khimki is nothing special and certainly not "great".

First of all, no player can average 50 pts in a FIBA game with only 40 mins of playing time and FIBA rules allowing Zone Defence.
Secondly, Eurocup is just one step down from the Euroleague.
You can't say that Delfino or Pargo are playing in D-league's type of teams coze you'll be lying.
Kimik(sorry I said Lokomotive first) got really strong this season in order to win the Eurocup and play on the Eurolegue next season.
Pargo and Delfino are playing really good, even better tham what I spected, considering that FIBA rules allow Zone Defence all the time and most FIBA games go around 80 pts per team.
So,15-17 pts in a FIBA 40 mins game could be compared with around 25 pts in a NBA 48 mins game.
If you wanna compare the D-league with other leagues in the world, you could name the Argentinian league or the Brazilian league, but not the Eurocup.

You still lack reading skills.

see? i don't.
you were the one who compared the Eurocup with the D-league.

You are IDIOT and cannot even read. I say difference between two leagues is same I NEVER compare D-League to Eurocup.

Players that were average like 30 points a game in D-League were get cut from mid level Greek clubs in like one or two weeks as has happen many times. I am talking about difference between level of Euroleague and Eurocup.

The difference is much huger than difference between NBA and Euroleague and if people do not know this then they do not know European clubs.

No offense KBP but regardless of V-Span returning to the NBA he will never be among the best. He has the talent to start on several teams like a better Beno Udrih. I thought he would be a nice pick up for the spurs and he could have filled the backup PG hole with the spurs and he would have been more solid than he was with the rockets, but he's going to be just a role player in the nba, nothing more and nothing less. He will never be a star player.

what I'm trying to tell you is that YOU SAID that the diference between the Euroleague and the Eurocup was as the NBA with the D-league.
That's all I'm saying.
And also I'm saying that Pargo and Delfino are doing good, while you're making them look like they're underperforming in Europe.
the NBA was, is and will be the most competitive basketball league in the world, Even though the Euroleague gets better every year.
