I think the Mavs take this one. They're hot and Jet is playing unreal. The Lakers are due for a loss.

Mavs- 113

Mavs will play them tough for 3 quarters, then when it's time to win, the Lakers take over.

Lakers 106
Mavs 99

Just out of curiosity I went to check by how much Mavs loss to the Lakers on their first game together and to my surprised its exactly the numbers you put up there.

What are the chances of them putting those same exact numbers again? lol

The Lakers historically own the Mavs. Friday will be nothing new - the Mavs will tease us by hanging around for 3 quarters, and then Kobe will take over.

I want dallas to lose just for the division standings but i wont mind if they knock the lakers' arrogant asses back to earth tomorrow.

We stand a chance. It's the NBA, any given night, and the Lakers aren't going 81-1.

Anywho, I heard Bynum had some bone spurs or something and is day to day? Any word?

I hope I'm wrong, but I think the Mavs will lose by double digits with the Lakers controlling the tempo all the way. I won't mind the loss though, so long as we follow it up by taking care of business v the Kings and winning 6-7 on our 7 game homestand.

Last time SD picked us to win though, we beat the Rockets!!!

Anywho, I hear Bynum may be out tonight. Any word on Josh?

We need his scoring punch IMO. Or else if Terry/Dirk 1 of the 2 has an off night we lack firepower. And even if both play well, we'd need someone like Green Wright or Damp to step up with unexpected points, as was the case v Indiana.

Was case last time v Lakers as well. Jho was out and Dirk sucked, it was only close because of a flukish 17 points by Jerry Stackhouse.

That ain't sayin much these days. We are totally erratic.
