Bynum bent Bosh over on both ends of the floor. To a less informed fan, it probably looked as if Bynum was the MVP candidate while Bosh was the raw, scared 21 year old.

Gasol also abused Bosh in the post. Really, Bosh needs more than a 20ft jumper in his game else he'll keep getting shut down against the elite defenses of the league (see his numbers against LA and Boston).

I don't know. I learned this year Cleveland offers the promo because they booed LeBron for running out the clock when the Cavs had 99 points and not getting to 100. Also, as I noted before, this is why Vujacic took that 3 pointer at the end of game 5 of last years' WCF. Final was 100-92 and tacos for the crowd. It also affected the betting line, but the fans love the free tacos!

To be fair, Bosh had to contain both Bynum AND Gasol.

It would have been a different story (at least in the paint) if Jermaine played.

O'Neal had been fantastic in defense before his injury

Except he didn't contain either one of them. Honestly, Barg played better post defense than Bosh did tonight.

Bynum dominated JO the last time they played. So no, not really. He would have helped, but Bosh still would have been stifled by the Lakers superior defense.

No, Lakers have to score 100 and hold opponent under 100 for tacos. See Cleveland example above.

I'm not saying he contained them, I said he had to.

Even if O'Neal played, the difference maker is Kobe; the Raptors can't stop him

i dont speak for all raptors fans but i think they're generally pretty insecure
they'll talk about how toronto is a far better city and team than new york
but deep inside i think most of them are scared of losing bosh

they're also crazy bipolar as well (from what i see on realgm)

I think they should do away with that promotion. That is going to cause problems when teams feel you are running up the score just to get free tacos.

Yeah, I was reading some REALGM stuff, and they had nothing to say but nice things. They called our announcers top notch, and unbiased.

Not true. They have to win...and keep the opposing team under 100

"Lakers have to score 100 and hold opponent under 100" - I think this part already implied that they win :lol

I'm watching the kobe 81 point game right now and I gotta ask...

Does Sam Mitchell ever age?

The fucker looks the same every single time I see him...even his earlier playing days.

My point was to say the lakers don't have to go over 100 to score the tacos. Just keep the opponents under 100. Of course a victory is part of the requirements. duh:bang

More intense than necessary....after all, it's just a game when you break it down....regardless of who wins.......

I guess everyone is clamoring for a Lakers-Celtics rematch but whose to say that either team will be there at the end? Though I'll admit it's certainly looking that way right now...but it's a loooong season and many things can happen by that time. :toast
