There's no way the Spurs will take his contract. Unless the Jazz takes Rose and Rasho with him.

Boozer is a bargain for his contract. Are you kidding me? 18 and 10 for anything less than the max is gold.

would you take boozer or luis scola?

I just think scola has way more potential. Plus, scola plays with anger and we need more of that.

Luis Scola? Who the hell is that? Has this guy ever played in the NBA?

Didn't think so.

If we trade Rose and Beno for Boozer, we're probably going hvae to pay the luxury tax. There's no way Peter Holt would like that.

I'd do Beno and whatever else outside of Tim, Manu, tony, and Brent it would take to get Boozer.

Edit: looks like LJ beat me to it. 18 and 10 at his salary is a bargain.

It's not hard if your the only legit bigman on the team.

His 18 and 9 is nice, but his 0.47 (blk) is pretty scary. I'd rather have one legit center.

Don't forget Rasho used to put up 11 a game on 52.5% shooting before he had to move off the block for Duncan. Don't expect 18 and 9 from Boozer in SA.

if he averages 18 and 9
the spurs o will be alot higher then now if all the other player's averages stay the same except for tp's assist in which they would go up

Rasho's blocks are mostly in the first half and a result of him putting his arms straight up. His next momentum changing block will be his first.

Boozer would be an all-star in SA.

15-10 would be awesome for Boozer to get in the Spurs system. It would be an efficient 15ppg, and thus improve the offense a lot. The offense of the Spurs would easily be Top 3 with Duncan, Boozer, Manu, TP. But getting Booz is a pipedream.

usckk,

Are you this much of a Spurs homer? Boozer > Rasho + Rose.

I'm still trying to understand why Boozer is a worse per-minute rebounder than Rasho this year. Juwan Howardish.

Rasho commits a lot of stupid fouls, but he's a decent security blanket when a big is going off (like Yao in the 3rd vs. Massenburg).

Boozer is like a better Rose. The defense would be significantly worse, and no way he's putting up all-star numbers without taking a lot of touches from Duncan, Parker, and Manu. Parker and Manu shoot 48% and 49% and Duncan is at 50%. Why would the Spurs ever want to take touches away from any of them? Their backcourt is among the most efficient in the league and their post game is second only to Miami's.

There's no room for Boozer to score in SA. I know Boozer is a way better rebounder than his current numbers indicate, but I don't think it offsets completely moving away from this team's (wildly successful) defensive philosophy.

Massenburg, Rose and Rasho are insufficient.

Boozer would be a drastic improvement over all of them. Who cares about shots when you are filling up every finger with bling bling?

Do you care about defense, because you're pissing it away. Boozer guarding Yao in the playoffs would be hilarious.

Who cares about shots when you are filling up every finger with bling bling?I'll say Kobe and be done with it.

Trade Rasho, Malik and Beno for Boozer...

And then give a certain Mr.Robinson(who still looks like he could play BTW) a call and let him know he is needed.

It's just too damn easy :smokin

I think boozer on the spurs, would be bad or good depending on whether or not he was willing to accept his role, because you wouldnt want him to start bitching if he's not getting alot of shots
